The colour coding allows users to quickly identify operations that have been performed. This means programmers can return to a definition in months to come and instantly assess how it has been configured. The informative directory structure and numerous shortcuts allow for the creation of very large manageable builds on one server.

The form definition tools allow you to define how your spool file data is identified. Based on this identification the print is processed as individual pages or as a job, the overlays are added and the data is mapped, formatted and manipulated.
Working offline with real data you build up a series of form definitions and these are then compiled onto the service task and are ready for action as required.

AutoFORM LaserNet integrates with any windows design package including MS Publisher and MS Word. This allows you to delegate document creation to marketing/administrative departments and foreign countries. (Try writing the titles on a Chinese or Korean Invoice)
