AutoFORM E-mail allows you to automatically E-mail or Fax your forms and reports as "fully finished" documents thus saving you and your trading partners money and administrative time.

The system allows you to improve response times, customer service and saves on printing, posting and handling costs.

With the commercial expansion of the use of E-mail, many of our customers now use E-mail to send large volumes of critical documents such as purchase orders, despatch notes, supplier / customer schedules, marketing information etc.

Unlike traditional post or fax AutoFORM E-mail provides for full message delivery verification and is suitable for the largest organisations.

The AutoFORM LaserNet fax solution integrates with E-mail and is a fully featured fax system with all the standard functions. It is also possible to integrate AutoFORM E-mail with the majority of existing network fax systems.

AutoFORM E-mail can operate independently of the main AutoFORM suite.
