AutoFORM Archive provides enterprise wide storage for all paper and system generated documents.

AutoFORM Archive is a centrally controlled archive system and is accessed via a Web Browser. Globally defined indexes create searchable collections of documents and the structured storage system ensures simplified and efficient document access for as long as you need it.

Our COLD document archiving method has been in use since 1995 and several of our major customers have not printed "accounts copy" documents for over 9 years. The DIP process has reduced the storage requirements for many types of internal and external paper documents.

The integration of external and internal documents on the same server provides the capability to archive all documents relating to a business transaction into a single database. The archived documents are easier to manage, search criteria can be more complex and customer service will improve.

AutoFORM COLD Archiving and AutoFORM DIP can be used as a stand alone applications.
